By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seek writ of certiorari to quash and set aside impugned recruitment process as per the advertisement dated 09th September, 2021 issued by respondents for filling in various posts under the National Rural Health Mission, Zilla Parishad, Parbhani to the extent of 71 posts of staff nurse which is annexed at Exhibit - A to the writ petition. 2.

The petitioners have admittedly participated in the recruitment process and had also appeared for the practical examination. The grievance, now made by the petitioners is that, there was no advertisement issued in the newspaper as contemplated in the requisite rules. The petitioners have not

2 wp 4065.22 been called for interview and thus at this stage petitioners seek to impugn entire selection process.

In our view, the petitioners having participated in the recruitment process cannot now apply for setting aside such recruitment process.

The writ petition is devoid of merits and accordingly is dismissed. No order as to costs.
