In Civil Application No.7590 of 2023 in First Appeal No.2755 of 2021, this Court had already allowed the applicant therein to withdraw

Ethape ( 2 ) 1-CA-10271-2023 the entire amount deposited in the office of this Court alongiwth accrued interest on furnishing undertaking. The present applicants are similarly situated persons like the applicants in that civil application. 3.

Considering the above, the applications are allowed. 4.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount alongwith accrued interest deposited in the office of this Court on furnishing usual undertaking.

With this, application stands disposed off.

CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR STAY .

Since 75% of the amount is already deposited in the office of this Court, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award till final disposal of the appeal.
