Learned advocate for the petitioner at the outset, on instructions, submits that the petitioner does not intend to challenge the order of the District Collector, Latur, disqualifying her, as is claimed in prayer Clause 'B' and would be satisfied with the direction to the committee to decide her proposal at the earliest. 2.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's proposal for validation of the tribe certificate has been pending vigilance enquiry along with the proposal of her brother. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit an appropriate application to the committee, inviting its attention to the exigency for early decision of her tribe claim.
