Mr Tawshikar submits that after filing of the present writ petition the respondent has deposited the amount of Rs.1,49,22,209/- in the account of the petitioner but the said amount is the principal amount awarded in the award. The award is passed on 15.01.2018 and the amount is deposited on 12.06.2019, interest for the said period has not been deposited. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner would file representation with the respondents for the said amount. 2.

The petitioner may take such steps as may be permissible in law for the amount sought to be claimed by the petitioner towards the interest and
