During pendency of the petition petitioner No.1Satwa Sahebrao Ugale died on 10-08-2020. However, since there was corona period the applicant could not contact the lawyer. Thereafter they approached the advocate and got the knowledge about death of of this petitioner No.1. The application is thereafter filed. There is 871 days delay caused in filing this application.
