The applicant is seeking withdrawal of the balance 25% amount of compensation, on furnishing solvent surety in stead of bank guarantee as directed under the order dated 22/07/2016 by this court.

However, this court vide order dated 29/06/2022 in other connected matters, permitted the applicants therein to withdraw the balance amount of compensation on furnishing surety / security instead of bank guarantee. In view of the same, the applicants is permitted to withdraw 25% balance amount of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date on furnishing solvent surety / security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court.
