We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners and the learned A.G.P. The only request put forth by the Petitioners is that, two proposals, both dated 06/11/2023, tendered by the Management/Educational Institute to Respondent No.3/ Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar for grant of approval to their probation, are pending decision.

Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Let Respondent No.3/ Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar deal with the said 2 proposals by following the due procedure laid down in law and after a meticulous scrutiny of the record and proceedings of selection and appointment, pass a reasoned order on the merits of each of the proposals. Let this exercise be completed within 60 days from today.
