Respondent No.1-Ranjanabai Ambadas Jadhav died on 05-05-2021 during pendency of the petition. The petitioners were not aware that they have to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent No.1. They were not aware of the death of the respondent No.1. In the month of February, 2023 they received notice informing that their lawyer is elevated as Judge. Thereafter they approached new lawyer on meeting him they came to know that application is required to be filed.

For the reasons stated above, the delay needs to be condoned. The application stands allowed. The delay stands condoned.

The petitioners to carryout the amendment within a period of four weeks from today.
