The present civil application is filed by the employer on the ground that the non-applicant No.3 is now superannuated as per the policy of the Government. The applicant be allowed to place non-applicant No.3 on supernumerary post for the purpose of calculating his pension. The tribe claim of the petitioner is already invalidated.

Mr. Vibhute, learned counsel for non-applicant No.3 submits that the protection has been granted by this Court. Under the protection granted by this Court, the petitioner is superannuated. The petitioner is now retired upon attaining the age of superannuation. 3.

Place the writ petition for admission on 21.06.2021. 4.

It is made clear that the present respondents would not be responsible for delay in processing pension papers. 5.

The civil application is disposed of.
