Instant application is filed for bringing on record legal representative of deceased Vasant Eknath Gund, who expired on 11-12-2017. There is one legal representative of deceased Vasant Eknath Gund, as mentioned in paragraph no.2 of the application. 2.

There is delay of 2572 days in filing aforesaid application. 3.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, delay caused in filing above application is required to be condoned. The legal representative of deceased Vasant Eknath Gund, as shown in

{2} CA 3972 OF 2025 paragraph no.2 of the application, is required to be brought on record. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(I) Application stands allowed.

(II) The delay of 2572 days caused in filing application is hereby condoned and abetment, if any, stands set aside. (III) Legal representative of deceased Vasant Eknath Gund is permitted to be brought on record.

(IV) Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks.

(V) Application is disposed of.
