Heard both the sides.

Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court and the fact that the Reference Court has awarded very meager amount of compensation at the enhanced rate, the Applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire amount on certain conditions.

The Applicant is permitted to withdrawn 50% of the amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and remaining amount on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
