In the light of the subsequent Government notification No.105 dated 17.03.2025, issued pursuant to Sections 41 and 51 of the MPID Act, the learned Advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to resort to the remedies at an appropriate stage on failure of the competent authority to undertake steps pursuant to Section 3 or Section 7. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of, as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
