By this application, filed within limitation, the applicant in-person (petitioner in-person) prays for recalling the order dated 04.03.2022. He assures that all office objections would be removed within one week.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed on the following conditions :-

6618.22CA a] The petitioner in-person would remove all office objections on or before 9th June, 2022, failing which, the order dated 04.03.2022 shall not be recalled and the petition shall remain disposed off.

b] If the above directions are complied with, the order dated 04.03.2022 shall stand recalled and the petition shall stand restored at the stage at which it was dismissed. c] At the request of the petitioner in-person, who travels from Jalna to Aurangabad, list Writ Petition No.13921 of 2019 for admission hearing on 20th June, 2022.
