Though the reason for delay mentioned in the application is not so convincing, but considering the statutory right of the applicant, the Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and "C", subject to cost of Rs.3500/- (Rs. Three Thousand Five Hundred) to be paid to the Bar Library of Advocates'
