Heard learned Counsel for the applicants.

The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 18.10.2022 whereby registration of their first appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is also a delay of 496 for filing this application. The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 18.10.2022 stands recalled and the appeal be restored for removal of office objections within two weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.1,000/-to be deposited with Registry of this court for

(2) 9 CA-2019.2025.odt utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad. It is made clear that the applicants shall not claim interest for the aforesaid period of delay on the enhanced compensation, if granted.
