Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants who submits that as per the order of this Court dated 18.12.2017, the applicants were permitted to withdraw 50% amount of compensation. Accordingly, an amount of Rs.9,05,718/- has been withdrawn and deposited in the Bank of Maharashtra Gramin Bank, Branch, Kopargaon. The concerned Bank Manager has invested it in short term deposit as there is no permission to each of the applicants to withdraw the amount of their share. To avoid such difficulty, each 1/2
