This is an application seeking to recall the order dated 01.03.2017 passed by this Court, dismissing the petition for want of prosecution. 2.

Considering the contentions raised in the application, application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The conditional order passed by this Court on 01.03.2017 is recalled. Petitioner is permitted to remove office objections within three weeks from today. In the event of failure, instant order shall be deemed to have been recalled.
