In view of dismissal of First Appeal No. 424 of 2013, application for withdrawal of amount in terms of Prayer Clause "B" alongwith accrued interest thereon, is allowed.

Learned Counsel for claimant, Mr Bedre, requests that the amount be transferred to the Tribunal at Shrirampur in execution proceedings filed by claimant therein for withdrawal. As such, amount deposited in this Court be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Shrirampur, to facilitate withdrawal by claimant in execution proceedings. 3.
