In all these matters, the notices could not be issued by the office as the copies were not supplied by the respective Petitioners/ Applicants.
In the light of the above, the Petitioners/ Applicants in their respective matters shall supply the copies of the petition paper book and/or civil application memo, as the case may be, on or before 15.06.2018, failing which, the concerned petition and/or application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court to the extent of the unserved Respondents on 16.06.2018.
*3* The Petitioners/ Applicants in their respective cases shall donate an amount of Rs.500/- to the Ghati Hospital, Aurangabad (Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad) and produce a receipt of such donation in the Registry of this Court on or before 15.06.2018, failing which, the notices would not be issued to the unserved Respondents and the proceedings would stand dismissed as against the unserved Respondents on 16.06.2018 without further reference to the Court.
Interim relief, if any granted earlier in these matters, would continue subject to the compliance of the above stated directions, failing which, the interim relief would stand vacated without reference to the Court on 16.06.2018.
