The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner Smt.Gangasagar Dipakrao Shinde, who has filed this Petition, desires to withdraw this Petition. It is submitted that she would donate an amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rs.Ten thousand only) to the Advocate's Association of the Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad on or before 30.04.2024.
