By the present application, the legal heirs of petitioner No.1, who expired on 12/01/2021 are sought to be brought on record. The copy of the death certificate is placed on record alongwith the application. Since the application is filed within the period of limitation prescribed, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause B. The necessary amendment shall be carried out in the title clause of the petition by replacing petitioner No.1 with his heirs being Petitioner Nos.1-A to 1-D. Civil application is disposed off.
