Permission is granted to bring on record applicant Nos.1a and 1b as respondents in writ petition. As far as applicant No.1c is concerned, the applicants informs this Court that the applicant No.1c Kaushlyabai Kaduba Bhale has also expired on 20/09/2020. The applicant submits that applicant Nos.1a and 1b are the legal heirs of the deceased applicant No.1c.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one (1) week.
