Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. For the order that we propose to pass, it is not necessary for us to issue notice to the respondents.

Grievance of the petitioners is non-issuance of the building completion certificate by the respondents no.2 and 3 in respect of the subject plot. Further grievance of the petitioners is that on several

2 wp 8660.23 occasions, respondents have revised their conditions to be complied by the petitioners and this process is going on over the period of 5 to 6 years. 3.

The Respondent No.2-Managing Director will direct the concerned officer to give audience to the petitioners and supply in writing the compliances to be done by the petitioners by giving time to the petitioners to fulfill the same. The concerned officer will examine all necessary rules and regulations so that list of compliance to be made by the petitioners is final. For any condition that is imposed outside the regulations or illegal, the petitioners will have the remedies open. 4.

With these observations, the petition is disposed of. 5.

The petitioners be called for interaction within a period of two weeks from the date the petitioners places the order before respondent no.2-Managing Director.
