After having heard the learned Advocate for the applicants at length, this Court expressed disinclination to grant the applicants bail since there is an eye witness account. The learned Advocate, therefore, came around to withdraw the application with a request for direction to the trial Court to commence the trial at the earliest and conclude it within a reasonable time. 2.

The Bail Application stands disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

The trial Court is requested to commence trial within a period of a month and conclude the same within a period of twelve (12)
