The grievance of the petitioner is about non supply of documents.

Mr. Talhar, learned ASG submits that the Central Registrar is the supervisory authority. The petitioner can approach the Central Registrar. 4.

In light of that the petitioner may approach respondent no.3. Naturally as contended by the learned ASG, respondent no.3 would consider the application of the petitioner on its own merits.
