PER COURT :- 1.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, in the connected appeals, this Court has permitted the applicants to withdraw the entire amount of compensation on certain conditions.

The learned counsel for respondent-acquiring body has also not disputed this position.

In view of this, the applicant/s are hereby permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial of this Court, and the remaining 25% of the amount on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial of this Court.

Civil applications are disposed of.
