ORAL ORDER :- 1.

We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. on behalf of the respondents.

By this Petition, the petitioner prays that respondent Nos.2 and 4 be directed to decide the pending claim of the petitioner dated 28.12.2011 with regard to rental compensation. 3.

This Court, by orders dated 08.02.2013 in Writ Petition No. 7879 of 2012 and dated 14.11.2017 in Writ Petition No. 7418 & 7421 of

(2) WP No.7420/2012 2012, has issued directions to the concerned respondents to decide the pending claims of the petitioners on their own merits. 4.

We are, therefore, inclined to pass the same order. 5.

As such, this Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 2 and 4 to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner dated 28.12.2011 seeking rental compensation, in accordance with the policy formulated by the State Government. Needless to state, the said decision shall be taken expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from today. In the event, respondent Nos.2 and 4 conclude that this petitioner is entitled to the rental compensation, they shall take necessary steps to disburse the said amount of this petitioner forthwith and in any case within a period of six weeks from the date of the decision.
