Heard learned counsel for the applicants. It appears that, the matter has been settled between the

informant, victim on one hand and the applicants on the other. Duly sworn in affidavits have been filed before the Sessions Court. With a view to give peace chance, the applications are allowed in terms of the following order :

O R D E R

(i) The Anticipatory Bail Applications are allowed. In the event of arrest of the applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application No.347/2021 in connection with Crime No.418/2020, registered at Pathardi Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 326, 324, 143, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 427, 337, 338, 188 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/25 of the Arms Act, the applicants shall be released on bail on their executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) each one surety in the like amount. (ii) In the event of arrest of the applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application No.343/2021 in connection with Crime No.I417/2020, registered at Pathardi Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under Sections 120-B, 143, 147, 148, 149, 188, 307, 323, 324, 325, 326, 452, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4/25 of the

Arms Act, the applicants shall be released on bail on their executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) each one surety in the like amount. (iii) The applicants shall appear before the concerned police station as and when required. The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
