Since Shri Sawant is on the panel of the Municipal Corporation, Dhule, we directed him to assist the Court. 2.

After perusing the final bill at page No. 47 of the petition paper book dated 21.12.2022, Shri Sawant submits that Chapter XXVI(iii) of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act enables the petitioner to file an appeal before the authority. Thereafter, there is a complete scheme provided for dealing with the grievance of the petitioner.

Keeping in view that a statutory remedy is prescribed in law and there is no grave urgency in the matter for which this Court has to exercise its extraordinary jurisdiction, this petition
