ORDER :

Heard Mr. Tele, learned counsel for Respondent No.7. Mr. Tele, learned counsel states that the Petition challenges the decision taken in the meeting dated 2nd May 2008 in respect of allotment of Manjra Project in favour of Respondent No.6 - Manjra Prakalpa Matsya Vyavsay Sahakari Sanstha. The impugned allotment order was stayed vide order dated 16th May 2008. This Court had passed interim order on 16th June 2008, stating that in the meantime none of the parties shall carry out fishing in the disputed tank. Thereafter vide order dated 16th July 2008, interim relief was specifically refused.

Mr. Tele, learned counsel for Respondent No.7 submits that the period of contract came to an end in the year 2013 itself and thereafter fresh tenders were issued on 14th December 2014, in which the Petitioner as well as other persons

had participated in auction. The Respondent No.6 is the successful bidder and the tank is allotted to Respondent No.6.

In light of above, nothing remains for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Writ Petition, as such, stands disposed of. Rule discharged. No costs.
