By this application, the applicant seeks out of turn early hearing of the Writ Petition. Similar request made earlier was rejected on 31.10.2014. 2.

Old matters ranging from the year 1994 onwards are pending before this Court, which are being heard on every Thursday. Precedence cannot be granted to this petition over old matters.

The Civil Application is, therefore rejected. However, the petitioner may renew his request after six months.
