We have heard learned the Advocate for the petitioner and the learned Advocates for the respondents. 2.

The petitioner is seeking directions to promote the petitioner being senior-most Assistant Teacher from ST category to the post of Assistant Headmaster reserved for ST category which is lying vacant.

According to learned Advocate for respondent No. 5, the respondent No. 5 is appointed as an Assistant Headmaster and his appointment as an Assistant

67WP415 Headmaster is approved by the Education Ofcer under the order dated 31.12.2018.

Learned Advocate for respondent No. 3 - Management submits that pursuant to the subsequent orders passed by the Education Ofcer, the Management would forward seniority list to the Education Ofcer within one month. 5.

Status quo as on today be maintained till fresh decision is taken.

In view of that the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
