There is no dispute amongst the parties about the amount deposited in this court under order dated 03-03-2015 by respondent is towards arrears of interim maintenance to the applicant-wife. 2.

In view of the same, civil application deserves consideration and accordingly stands granted in terms of prayer clause "B" and stands disposed of accordingly.
