The challenge in this petition is to an interim order dated 23.08.2018, passed by the learned Member, Industrial Court, Aurangabad, whereby ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clauses (d), (e), (f) and (g) of the Complaint (ULP) No.118 of 2018 was granted till next date.

The grievance of the petitioners is that adinterim order is being continued from time to time and despite hearing arguments, matter has not been decided. 04.

In the backdrop of the aforesaid submissions, the purpose of the petition would be served by directing learned Member, Industrial Court to hear afresh the

( 2 ) wp4652.21 Counsels for the parties and decide the matter as expeditiously as possible.

Having regard to the nature of the impugned order, it may be expedient to request the learned Member, Industrial Court, Aurangabad to decide the matter within a period of two months, from the date of appearance of the parties.

The parties shall appear before the learned Member, Industrial Court on 25th March, 2021. 07.

The petition stands accordingly disposed of.

All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
