The petitioner has cited an order dated 13.06.2016, passed in Writ Petition No.5953 of 2016, filed by the petitioner, vide which the writ petition was not entertained and was rejected. However, it was expressed that if any application is pending, the same would be decided within 12 weeks. The petitioner did not even intimate this Court as to what is the date of the application and when was it filed. Nonetheless, after this order, the petitioner has preferred this contempt petition.

In the peculiar facts and circumstances, we express our disinclination to consider this petition.

The learned Advocate submits, on instructions, that the petitioner would submit a specific representation to the Superintendent of Police (Rural), Aurangabad, within two weeks.

If such representation is filed on or before 15.07.2022, we would expect the Superintendent of Police (Rural) to consider the said representation and decide the same, on it's merits, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30.08.2022.

The Contempt Petition is disposed off.
