The only issue which requires consideration in the instant petition is of pendency of an application before respondent no.2 Sub Divisional Officer, Biloli for issuance of caste certificates with corrected nomenclature. As such, the SubDivisional Officer, Biloli is directed to issue caste certificates to the petitioners with corrected nomenclature, as early as expeditiously as possible and not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of order of this Court.
