By these petitions the petitioner has initiated contempt proceedings against the alleged contemner for willful disobedience of the order dated 04th February, 2021, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 2374 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in

1cp228.22 pending Contempt Proceedings the respondent No. 3 Deputy Director of Education has granted approval to the transfer of the petitioner. In view thereof, nothing survives in the Contempt Petition, as the same is infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
