By this petition the petitioner has initiated contempt proceeding against the alleged contemner for willful disobedience of the order dated 14th October, 2020, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 6917 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pending Contempt Proceedings the respondent No. 3 Deputy Director of Education has granted approval to the transfer of the petitioner. In view thereof, nothing survives in the Contempt Petition, as the same is infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
