On hearing the petitioner, we are inclined to dispose of present writ petition at this stage itself, as admittedly the representation filed by petitioner dated 17.03.2017 not yet decided by respondent Nos. 4/5.

Therefore, by keeping all points open, we are inclined to direct respondent No. 5 to decide the representation referring to approval of the petitioner as primary teacher submitted by respondent Nos. 6/7 dated 12.05.2015.

Petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty. No costs.

It need not be mentioned that, respondent No. 5 to decide said representation as early as possible and preferably within four (04) weeks from today, in accordance with law. 5.

The petitioner to take steps to submit the copy of this order to respondent No. 5 and the concerned respondent to act upon it. 6.
