Present civil application is filed seeking direction to allow the applicant to appear for Summer2019 examination of Final Year M.B.B.S. This Court, by order dated 13th February, 2019 in Writ Petition No. 9714/2018, set aside the order of the Committee invalidating the tribe claim of the petitioner and remanded the matter to the Committee for fresh decision. We had allowed the applicant to appear for the examination and if eligible also to proceed with internship.

It is submitted that the petitioner failed in one subject of the Final Year MBBS and examination form was not accepted on the ground that the same is not 1/2

clarified in the order dated 13th February, 2019. 3.

We have heard learned Advocate for the University and the learned A.G.P. None appears for respondent No.5 4.

In case the applicant has failed in one subject of Final Year MBBS and in case there is no other impediment, accept the examination form of the petitioner for the subject in which he has filed and allow him to appear for the said examination as per Rules, so also declare the result of the said paper. 5.

Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
