Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is the first wife of deceased Sheshrao s/o Sadhu Sonwane. He retired as Class IV employee of respondent No. 3. He was getting pension. He died in the year 2015. During the life time, he has performed second marriage. The second wife also died immediately after the death of deceased Sheshrao.

Learned counsel submits that the Civil Court has also granted heirship certificate in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner is not being paid family

wp4343.18 pension. The representations are given to the respondent nos. 2 and 3, however, no cognizance has been taken yet. 3.

We have also heard learned AGP.

Respondent nos. 2 and 3 shall take decision in respect of the representations of the petitioner for grant of family pension (Exhs. D and E), expeditiously, preferably within four months from today.

The learned AGP shall communicate this order to the respondents.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
