The learned AGP submits on instructions from respondent No. 2 that the grievance of the petitioner would be redressed and his name would be entered into 'Shalarth Pranali', on or before 21st June, 2022, i.e. within four days from today.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Needless to state, the statement of respondent No. 2 is recorded.
