Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.0040/2025, dated 13/02/2025, registered at Paithan Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under sections 119(2), 118(1), 74, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 189(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3.
This Court, by order dated 07/04/2025, granted interim protection to the applicants Noting the submissions and reasons at paragraphs No.3 and 4 as under : - "3. Prima-facie it appears that there is difference between the parties on account of dispute over agricultural land. On account of dispute, it is alleged that the applicants along with other co-accused (total 08) assaulted the informant. Son of informant has sustained grievous injuries which is attributable to accused Nos. 4 and 5. As regards present applicants it is stated that simple injury is caused on account of assault by the applicants.
4. Considering the prior dispute, the implications of the applicants cannot be ruled out. Interim protection is granted to the applicants." 1 of

The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have cooperated with the investigation and no further adverse material has been found against them during the investigation. 5.
In view of the above, the interim protection granted to the applicants is confirmed. The application is allowed in the following terms :- i] In the event the applicants are arrested in connection with FIR No.0040/2025, dated 13/02/2025, registered at Paithan Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under sections 119(2), 118(1), 74, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 189(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, they shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. ii] The applicants shall attend the police station as and when called by the police.
iii] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iv] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the applicants violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 2 of
965 ABA 522-2025 7.
It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
