In the circumstances, the Court is of the view that instead of passing any order in this appeal, the status quo may be continued till the conclusion of the trial. Hence, the following order:- i) The appeal from order stands disposed of.

ii) The parties are directed to maintain status-quo till conclusion of the trial.
