ORDER:

Mr Thombre, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr Suryawanshi, the learned counsel for respondent no. 3 submits that, the present matter can be disposed of in terms of the order dt. 18th December, 2017 passed in Writ Petition No. 4618 of 2017 with connected matters.

In view of the fact that, the parties submit that the petitioners herein are similarly situated as the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 4618 of 2017, we pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) For the reasons stated in the order dt. 18th December, in Writ Petition No. 4618 of 2017, the impugned orders are quashed and set aside.

(ii) In case the respondents want to take any action against the appointments of the petitioners then the petitioners shall be heard before passing any orders as the approval granted in favour of them is in force, the respondents shall be liable to pay the salary to the petitioners.
