Learned APP has made a statement across the bar that, online Rojanama shows that 5 to 6 witnesses are examined in the present case. He also brought to the notice of this Court that, prosecution intends to examined 21 witnesses. 2.

Considering the above submissions, this Court hopes and trusts that, trial will be concluded within a period of three months from today. If trial is not concluded within three months from today, applicant is at liberty to approach this Court for his release on bail.
