Heard Ms. Suryawanshi, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, Mr. Bhange, learned AGP appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. Subhash Chillarge appearing for Respondent No.3. 2.

By the present application, the applicant set out prayer clause 'B' and 'C' as under :

B) The hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.4 to verify the General Power of Attorney given by him before this Hon'ble court in order to proceed the F.A. 3254/2016 and 1125/2017.

C) By allowing the Civil Application, may kindly direct

928-ca-4565-24 the respondent no.4 to withdraw the amount and thereafter deposit the same on the account of GPA holder as per the clauses of General Power of Attorney and as per the clause in the mutual agreement between the applicants father and the Respondent no.4."

Since the claimant Jagannath Kautik Saindane refused to verify the General Power of Attorney given to his Power of Attorney holder, this Court cannot decide said dispute.

Hence, application is rejected.
