This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation.

Heard. Perused the award and related documents. The appeal is only on the question of quantum of compensation. It is a death claim. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is desirable to permit the applicants to withdraw 75% of the amount out of the deposited amount in this Court pursuant to the order dated 07.01.2020, passed by this Court in Civil Application No.15075 of 2019. Hence, following order:-

O R D E R

(i) The application is partly allowed.

(ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount, on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. (iii) The amount be paid to the applicants, equally. (iv) Balance 25% amount be invested in fixed deposit in any nationalised bank, till disposal of the appeal. [ R. G. AVACHAT, J. ] SMS
