A) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR DELAY CONDONATION:

The applicant / acquiring body in all these applications, is seeking condonation of delay of 1134 days, which appears to be caused due to obtaining sanctions at various stages. 2.
Though the applications are opposed, but considering the statutory right of the applicant, the delay of 1134 days in all these applications, stands condoned.
3.
The appeals be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any. Civil applications are disposed of accordingly.
2 928 ca 6863-18+ B) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR STAY :

Heard rival submissions.

Though the respective claimants have taken out execution proceedings in respect of recovery of compensation amount, nothing is recovered from the appellant acquiring body till today. The learned counsel for the respective claimants submits that one chance can be given to the appellant / acquiring body for depositing the amounts of compensation despite breach of earlier conditional orders of depositing the amounts. 3.
In view of the same, there shall be interim relief again in terms of prayer clause-B subject to deposit of entire amounts of compensation in all these applications within 12 weeks. ( SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J. ) VS Maind/-
