In view of the submissions made, I pass following order:- (i) The application is partly allowed.

(ii) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 60% of the amount deposited in this Court, out of which 50% amount be paid on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court; and 10% amount be paid on submitting solvent security/surety/bank guarantee.

(iii) Civil Application stands disposed of.
